Our flexibility offer will be an asset for us to attract busy people or people with an unusual schedule. Depending on the customers some time-slots will be more or less likely to be booked. We could imagine for instance that a specific time window is being so demanded that we cannot satisfy all of our customers, while other periods do not get any request.

As regards the potential risks that can be faced, we can highlight four of them. For each one, we try to provide a solution.
Solution
Depending on the attendance tendencies we will determine over time, we will be able to offer lower prices for less occupied time-slots, that will attract more people. As regards high attendance on specific time windows, we will be able to offer other fields as the sports we propose require similar sizes of sport fields. If that is not sufficient, which is not likely to be the case, we will organise a rotation system, which will give everybody equal chances of practicing their preferred sport.
Number of player required
Our concept proposes collective sports that often require at least 8 to 10 players. That requirement could become an issue as it is essential for the sport to be practiced the right way. It depends on the attendance.
Solution
We will encourage our customers to come with friends. If it is not sufficient, our app/website will match them with other people. Our online interface will be programmed in a way it will be able to suggest other similar time-slots to people who cannot find enough additional players. Moreover, most of the sports we propose can be played with a smaller number of players, if they are willing to.
The aim of our club is notably to provide people with quality courses. It is thus important for us to select our team of coaches wisely. However, it is difficult to assess the ability of a teacher to give a course at first sight or to control it.
Solution
A first strict selection will be made at the registration of a new coach. Depending on his/her experience, he/she will be asked to attest, on his/her availabilities and motivation, the coach will be hired. The teacher will be tested on a period of 10 training sessions, at the end of which he/she will be evaluated by the learners. A certain amount of bad ratings will involve a questioning of the teacher’s ability to give courses and warnings. If the ratings are not going better despite the warnings, he/she will be removed from his/her post.
Finding qualified coaches

In order for people to enjoy their practice of team sport, it has to be done with people of approximately their level. But it is difficult to evaluate such one’s ability for a sport or another, even though some criteria can be assessed, such as the numbers of years of practice or the certificates.
Solution
At registration, everybody will be asked to give an approximation of level on a scale of 1 to 5, 1 being “beginner” and 5 “fully confirmed”. If they feel they do not belong to the category they chose while playing, they will be able to adjust that parameter on their profile on the app/website.
