To achieve this task, he will carry out surveys, collect and analyse data and information, using qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret them. All of this will help to bring out potential opportunities, the target market selection and the market segmentation among others, in order to help solve marketing challenges that a business faces.

 

What I will provide to my team, is good analytical and numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail and IT skills. Also, communication and cooperation is important. This is why I commit to work closely with my other workmates and to communicate them a clear and structured analysis.

The role of a Market Researcher is to help marketing managers to link marketing variables with the environment and the consumers. He has to provide them with relevant, accurate, reliable, valid and current information about customers, competitors and the market.

In order to support the image of the company, he has to think about this very important question: “How the customers will perceive the brand?”. So he has to think how to give the right image to them. To be able to create that, he can use the brand name or the characteristics that the company would like to emphasize.

 

To sum up, I will need to be very careful with the image that I will create through communication channels. To do my job correctly, I will need to be creative and coherent with the strategic positioning of our company, and of course I will make sure we target the customers we want to. I hope to become a great ambassador for our services.

The main task of a Communication Manager is to be in charge of the image of the company. He will manage the relationship between the company and the customers. To do so, he will use different channels to communicate with the customers.

The sales objectives must be based on tangible forecasts, which is only possible through a reliable analysis of the market. The only way to successfully achieve this is by jointly working with the market researcher.

 

Another responsibility carried by the sales manager is the creation of promotion programmes. He has to define potential promotion strategies in order to attract customers and by keeping in mind the sales goals and the budget he will have forecasted.

 

As the Sales Manager, I will master every financial aspect of our concept and do my best to work hand in hand with my colleagues, which means providing them every financial information they need and asking them for their help when it is required.

The Sales Manager has several responsibilities as regards the monetary aspect of the concept but also the management of the sales team. One of them is to determine the commercial goals and objectives, which is essential to give a clear direction to the sales team and more widely, to the company.

In this case, his first job will then be to precisely describe the innovative sport club’s features, advantages, functioning, etc., which will allow the definition of the project’s needs in terms of financial and material resources. Then, his role will be to reflect on future innovations and enhancement in order to extend its business or to fit the changing market.

 

However, my work won’t be efficient if it doesn’t coordinate with my other team members’. It will for instance be necessary to work together with the sales manager to determine whether the project is viable regarding resources it requires, or with the market researcher to make sure the product matches the consumers’ needs and expectations.

There must an expert that knows everything about the product: the Product Manager. Its responsibilities range from designing the concept and driving its development, by proposing different potential axes of improvement, to ensuring its proper implementation in the field and making sure it fulfils the customers’ needs.
