How will the customer interact with us?

Direct marketing

We have decided to use 3 strategies to communicate our concept to the customers : advertising, direct marketing and public relations.

Advertising

We will put advertising in magazines and newspapers distributed in Brussels. This can touch both of our targets. Then, there will be a radio spot campaign in Brussels on Bel RTL or Radio Contact which are the first radio channels for the 25-45 years old. We also want to advertise on strategic places like metro stations or bus stops through billboards in Brussels. Finally, we are going to use social medias, mostly Facebook, and work on search engine optimisation to put our page on first spot.

Several flyers distribution will be organised on campuses in Brussels, massively, before the opening of our club, and more spaced out afterwards.

 

Our website and our mobile application will serve as a platform for us to interact with our clients. Moreover, we will be present on social media through Facebook and Twitter, giving up-to-date news of our club.

 

 

 

To summarise, we want people to be aware of Team Up! before its launching by acting locally, massively and directly. After the launch, we have to maintain visibility and keep our first clients motivated by getting them involved through our different platforms, which will result in word-of-mouth as well.
